91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ is delighted to welcome Joanna Ziolkowska to the CIVICA team, in her new role as CIVICA Project Manager. Her academic journey so far is marked by an interdisciplinary path, including a PhD in political science focused on the EU's democratic legitimacy. She is now looking forward to giving 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ students and faculty even more opportunities within the CIVICA alliance.

The 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ produced the highest number of doctoral theses in entrepreneurship in Sweden in 2023. Eight out of the 54 produced in the country, came from 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ's House of Innovation.

Katja Einola is the 2023 recipient of the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Partners’ Research Award. Her work on team dynamics and the making and unmaking of teams, as well as her contributions to a vivid conversation on ‘positive’ leadership demonstrate that Katja Einila has the potential to become an impactful international scholar in the future.

Milda Tylaite, Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting and Deputy Director for the MSc program in Accounting, Valuation & Financial Management, never intended to pursue an academic career. But her passion for teaching and research, coupled with her willingness to speak up, made it an irresistible path for her.

Frida Dicksen is a third-year bachelor student in the Business and Economics Program, who just spent a semester as an exchange student at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, within the CIVICA Exchange Track. "My exchange semester during the past 100 days has definitely added a transformative layer to my life. Despite its brevity, it was filled with great experiences and opportunities for both personal and academic growth", says Frida.

The Gun and Einar Larsson Foundation celebrates 25 years in 2024. Four 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ students have beeen awarded the Jubilee Scholarship for projects promoting circular fashion and financial literacy.
