Three of Europe’s top business schools – WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Düsseldorf, Germany, the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ in Sweden, and E91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵC Business School in Paris, France – have announced the creation of the European Sports Business Program (ESBP), a new business management executive education offering for leaders interested in the European sports industry.

The increasingly tough economic climate is inspiring innovation among this year’s startups, which focus on solving pressing problems. After the last round of admissions for the year, 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Business Lab is betting on ten new companies.

The Nordic countries consistently lead the rankings in both happiness and quality of life. With the launch of its new Center for Wellbeing, Welfare and Happiness, the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) aims to establish Sweden as the foremost knowledge hub for wellness and happiness research in the world. And, as the first business school in the world, 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ is also establishing a new professorship dedicated entirely to the subject of happiness, wellbeing and welfare.

The 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) is excited to welcome Saab to its Corporate Partnership Program. 

Johanna Rickne, Affiliated Professor at the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ, has been awarded the prestigious SNS Prize 2023 for her outstanding research on economic and political gender equality.

On August 14, Sofie Roy will join the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) as Senior Executive Vice President and is expected to become a driving force in 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ’s continued development in Sweden and internationally.

The 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ is launching a new Faculty Fund with the aim of attracting and retaining research and teaching talent in Sweden. Alumni Ulrika and Staffan Bohman are the first to support the cause with a donation of 10 million SEK. 

After an intensive admissions period, 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Business Lab is taking in eleven new companies. The startups are tackling challenges like the green energy transition and people’s deteriorating private finances.

91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) initiates a new research collaboration with Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) to investigate the importance of psychological safety and resilience among employees in the fund.

The recently launched Center for Resilient Health at the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) is a multidisciplinary research center dedicated to advancing academic inquiry into the future of health policy and health and social care.
