How will future AI Agents influence Systembolagets stakeholders?
Frida Jarlbäck and Sofia Norén, both Business Developers at Systembolaget, presented how they are currently testing new features in their app in innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience for customers. The students also gained a deeper understanding of how AI agents work and how they are expected to be used in the future, which created a strong foundation for the upcoming task.
In the following workshop, the Future Wheel Method was used to assess both direct and indirect effects of the rise of AI agents. Concerns were raised about the potential impact on Systembolaget's social mission and how to maintain control over the shopping experience. At the same time, many exciting opportunities were identified, from integrating AI agents into the app to create a more personalized experience to leveraging these agents for customer insights that could improve products and services.
