Nästa Steg is an introductory course tailored for individuals with backgrounds in elite sports or the armed forces who are ready to reflect on how their experiences and skills can support their continued development – whether that means growing within their current career or exploring new directions.
This course is about understanding how your strengths, values, and experiences from high-performance environments can help you lead yourself through change, make informed choices, and grow – personally and professionally.
The course combines inspirational lectures, practical exercises, and peer discussions that help you clarify what is truly important to you – and what your next step could be.
The course is delivered in Swedish.
