Marcus Wallenberg receives the 2015 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Research Award

Marcus Wallenberg is the recipient of the 2015 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Research Award for his efforts to promote research at the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ).

Through his active work with a number of research foundations, particularly the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, he has helped to make it possible for 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ, its research institutes, and its individual researchers to carry out research on the highest level.

Launched in 1992, the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Research Award is presented annually to acknowledge a person who actively and effectively works to create favorable conditions for research and researchers at the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ.

Long-term engagement by representatives of the business community and the public sector is a vital necessity if research at 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ is to remain successful.
As part of the award, the recipient receives a book written by 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ researchers. This year’s book is called Risk and risk management in business and society (Risk och riskhantering i näringsliv och samhälle) edited by Professor Richard Wahlund.
