This statement is made in accordance with the EU Disclosure Regulation (2019/2088) and regarding sustainability-related disclosures in the financial sector (the â€œSFDRâ€).

Sustainability risks – article 3 of the SFDR

91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Ventures integrates sustainability risks in our investment decision-making process by assessing all relevant risks in the due diligence process before conducting an investment. However, we do not conduct a separate sustainability due diligence.

No consideration of adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors – article 4 of the SFDR

91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Ventures does not consider adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors. The reason for this is that we consider our existing policies and procedures to be appropriate, proportional and tailored to the investment strategies of our fund(s). 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Ventures does not collect all information needed from our portfolio companies in order to disclose adverse impacts on investment decisions in full. 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Ventures intends to make a new assessment in due course.
